PRE SEASON 6 WEEK PROGRAMME
The Hawke’s Bay Netball Academy is designed for all U16, and U18 players aspiring to represent Hawke’s Bay in 2025, and are committed to improving their fitness, strength, technical skills, and overall game understanding. This programme is ideal for players wanting to take their game to the next level and prepare for the upcoming season.
The Academy will be facilitated by HBN resource and representative age group coaches, who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the programme. Additionally, elite guest resource coaches will join throughout the programme, providing expert insight to further elevate the player’s development.
This comprehensive 6-week programme offers two 90-minute sessions per week, focused on building the physical and mental attributes required for success on and off the court. Along with the core Netball training, the sessions are designed to provide holistic approach to player development.

Age Requirements
Under 16: Born in 2009 or 2010
Under 18: Born in 2007 or 2008
Venue - Mitre 10 Park, PaknSave Netball Courts
Cost - $200 (Must be paid before 11 February)
